The Elegance Project

The Elegance Project is an educational initiative to provide adults with tools to develop the highest known forms of maturity presently known and understood. While part of this project proposes higher theoretical stages of development, the bedrock and majority of this educational initiative is rooted in rigorous research conducted over the past three decades.

This multi-year project unpacks human elegance into three critical domains for performance. The first focuses on individual psychological identity and ego development. This focuses on refining critical performance adaptations within the private life. Courage and dialectical mastery are essential faculties developed. Second, elegance is unpacked within the realm of intimate relationships. Intimate relationships are shown to be a major global issue and robust skills are cultivated throughout the spectrum of aptitudes for human intimacy. Third, and finally, human elegance is applied to leadership and professional development.

The first volume of this trilogy was published in early 2013 (see The Elegant Self). The second volume is currently being researched, developed and written. Leadership applications and tools for vocational development are set to be developed in 2015. When complete, a robust strata of educational curriculum will be available. High performing leaders and critical stake holders in human progress will have an integrated approach for revealing greater elegance in every facet of life.

A secondary curriculum can be found in Elegance Coaching provided here.
